Glasgow Coat of Arms
The coat of arms of Glasgow, Scotland was granted to the city on October 25, 1866 by Lord Lyon. It features a bell, fish, a tree, and a bird, all symbols associated with St. Mungo, the patron saint of the city. A banner at the bottom contains the city's motto, also associated with St. Mungo, "Let Glasgow Flourish"[1].
