Guam Flag
The flag of Guam was adopted on February 9, 1948. It features a blue field with a red border. The territory's coat of arms if depicted in the center of the flag, which shows a proa sailing in Agana Bay near Hagatna, as well as the word "GUAM" in red. The almond shape of the arms recalls the slingshot stones used by the islander's ancestors[1].
