Oslo Coat of Arms
The coat of arms of the city of Oslo, Norway is technically a seal. The seal shows St. Hallvard with arrows and a millstone with a naked woman at his feet. He sits on a throne decorated with lions, a throne commonly used by Norwegian Kings. The seal arrived in its current form in 1924, but similar versions of the seal date back to around 1300[1].
