Troutman Flag
The Troutman flag features a single five-pointed blue star in the center of a white field, below which the words ""Liberty or Death" are written. It was designed by Joanna Troutman, who sent the flag to a Georgian Battalion on its way to fight in the Texan Revolution. It was unfurled on January 8, 1836 in Velasco[1].
